For those of you homeowners thinking of serving alcohol at a holiday party at your own home, please be carefull. For those of you who have a homeowners policy written by MPIUA, their policy language specificly excludes coverage for "host liquor liability". If you over-serve a guest and they crash into someone on the way home, your policy will NOT respond to any suits filed against you...Please mention this to all your friends who own property. Have a safe and Happy Halloween.
